The Town of Edinburg owns 2 museums, the Nellie Tyrrell and the Rural Museum, which are operated by the Edinburgh Historical Society. Both museums are located at North Shore Road adjacent to the Edinburgh Four Corners. The Nellie Tyrrell Museum, the former Beecher Hollow School was built in 1869. The Rural Museum contains exhibits of large items including a woodworking shop, a late 1800s kitchen and early logging equipment.
